Returns & ExchangesBecause our products are made and shipped directly from our fulfilment partners, we only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You received a different size, colour, or design than what you ordered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

RefundsOnce your return is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
If your order has not arrived within 45 business days from the shipping date, please contact us — we’ll either issue a full refund or reship your order.
Non-Refundable ItemsPlease note we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Wrong size orders (please check our size guide before purchasing).
Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
Order CancellationsOrders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed, we are unable to make changes or issue cancellations.
